 Objectives of the Programme
Post-recession business world is looking up and slowly trying to whither the after-effects of the worst ever world-wide phenomenon of economic town-trend.  Most of the Promters/Heads of Management Education and other professional institutes – Chairmen, Correspondents, Deans, Directors and Principals -- are consciously aware of what they are expected to do and that they have to prepare the new management students as global managers with the required vision not only to face the challenges in their job, but also be able to create new products and services and reach out to new markets to meet the dynamically changing regional and global needs. This highly complex and fast-paced scenario  is highly challenging to the heads of Management Institutions. One of the basic requirements for the promoters, deans and directors of institutions  is to know the daunting task of institution building – itsprocess, performance, quality assurance and evaluation -- to survive and stay ahead of others.
The suggested topics and resource persons are as follows:
1.   Orientation to Institution Building Process (Prof Y K Bushan)
2.   Quality Assurance Aspect of Institution Building (Prof M R Rao)
3.  Performance Analysis and Appraisal -- KPIs, KRIs and Dashboard (Prof Mohd Masood Ahmed)
4.   Panel Discussion on "Building World Class Institutions"
      Chair:  Prof M R Rao
      Panelists :  Prof Y K Bhushan
