ABC RULE FOR THE DOCTORS
Dear Friends a new medical leadership style named "ABC Rule for the Doctors- The ABC Rule for medical professionals refers to a medical leadership style in which A denotes Availability, Accessibility, and Affordability. B represents Behavior, Bonding, and Boldness, whereas C symbolizes Competency, Communication, and Compassion. The new-age medical professional should adopt these traits for sustainable medical practice."
It is introduced by me at NIMS, Hyderabad and also at Renova Bibi Cancer Hospital, on 7th January 2026, where Students, Doctors and HODs have participated in the presentation.
